Fit Nation presents the WBD Friends & Family 5K & Trot on March 29, 2025 at the Atlantic Station Pinnacle Lot.

TROT: 8:30 am start. Open to participants ages 12 & under. Course distance is a little less than 1K (0.62 miles).

5K: 9:00 am start. Runners and walkers welcome!

All Atlanta based WBD benefits-eligible employees can participate in this event and invite up to three (3) guests at no charge. For the Trot, children 5 and under must be accompanied by a guardian, and children who are older than 5 years of age can run alone based on the discretion of their parent/guardian.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

10-digit Employee ID number required to register (if applicable, include any preceding zeros). To find your Employee ID number, you will need to log into Workday. (On the top right corner of the page, under your Profile, click “View Profile” > Click “Job” on the left side of the screen > Your Employee ID will be listed in the Job Details tab).

Upon registration, you’ll receive three (3) unique registration codes within 24-hours, which can be used to invite your family, friends or non-benefits eligible colleagues.

REQUIRED: You will receive an email confirmation of your registration within 24 hours of your registration. Please show electronic or printed confirmation email or your picture ID to pick up your bib on race day.

If you register as a walker, you will not be timed and your results will not be posted post race.

DAY OF INFORMATION

  • Race bib/chip pick up will start at 7:30 am on race day at the Atlantic Station Pinnacle Lot.
  • Hot chocolate, coffee, and water will be provided before the race. Breakfast and refreshments will be provided after the race.
  • Water stations will be provided during the race.
  • Event activities include: Music, chair massages, face painting, carnival games, interactive games and much more!
  • Strollers are permitted. Seeing-eye dogs are permitted, otherwise, you’ll need to leave your fur-baby at home.
  •  Don’t forget!  You’ll need to show your electronic/printed confirmation e-mail (or your picture ID) to pick-up your bib on “day of”!

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

When entering the Pinnacle Lot parking deck, you will need to take a ticket. You can enter at anytime. To exit, parking is automatically free for the first two hours you park. The gates will be open from 9:00am to 11:00am so no payment will be required. After 11:00am, you will need to purchase parking upon exit. View event location & directions here.
